• "Services" include, but are not limited to, booking pujas, connecting users with verified pandits, purchasing puja samagri, festival services, religious consultations, and related offerings.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the Platform.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
• All activities carried out through your account.

Notify Shraddhasetu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Our Services

Shraddhasetu provides services including:

• Online Puja booking.
• Verified Pandit booking.
• Sale and delivery of Puja Samagri.
• Customized spiritual services.
• Festival and religious event services.
• Other devotional and spiritual offerings introduced from time to time.

Service availability may vary depending on location, festival schedules, and pandit availability.

5. Booking and Orders

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or as otherwise communicated by Shraddhasetu.
• Users must provide accurate addresses, contact details, and ritual requirements.
• Shraddhasetu reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary, including due to incorrect information, service unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.
• Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and convenience fees will be displayed before payment.
• Shraddhasetu uses secure third-party payment providers and does not store complete payment card details.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Shraddhasetu Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• The type of service or product.
• Time of cancellation.
• Whether the service has already commenced.
• Product condition for physical goods.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period of the payment provider.

8. Pandit Services

Shraddhasetu makes reasonable efforts to onboard qualified and verified pandits. However:

• Religious practices may differ according to traditions, regions, or sampradayas.
• Users may request language, tradition, or ritual preferences, but fulfillment is subject to availability.
• Minor variations in rituals do not constitute a service deficiency.

9. Product Information

We strive to ensure that descriptions, images, and prices of Puja Samagri are accurate. However:

• Product colors and packaging may vary slightly.
• Certain handcrafted or natural products may differ in appearance.
• Availability may change without prior notice.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Misuse, harass, threaten, or abuse pandits, delivery personnel, employees, or other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, photographs, videos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Shraddhasetu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Shraddhasetu.

12. User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, photographs, testimonials, or other content:

• You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content.
• You grant Shraddhasetu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for operating and promoting the Platform.
• You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

Shraddhasetu reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Shraddhasetu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Disclaimer

Shraddhasetu provides a platform to facilitate devotional services and the purchase of religious products. Spiritual outcomes, religious beliefs, blessings, or personal experiences are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment regarding religious practices and traditions.

15. Suspension or Termination

Shraddhasetu may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Misuses the Platform or its services.
• Acts in a manner that may harm Shraddhasetu, its users, or service provider.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Shraddhasetu Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of Shraddhasetu's registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

Shraddhasetu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
