Nishkramana Samskara marks a tender and symbolic milestone — the baby's first outing into the world beyond home. Traditionally performed between the 3rd and 4th month after birth, this ceremony introduces the newborn to the universe — the sun, the moon, the sky, and nature. The child is carried out of the home, shown the open sky, and blessed with prayers so that the world receives them with warmth and abundance.
